Community Center Rental Fees

Rental Rates – (effective January 1, 2012)

  • Entire facility for reception $ 450.00
  • Banquet Hall available for one day $ 225.00 ($50./extra day)
  • Large Meeting Room for a day or less including kitchen $ 125.00
  • Large Meeting Room for a day or less without the kitchen $ 60.00
  • Non-profit organizations $ 100.00 for banquet hall, meeting room by donation
  • White linen tablecloths $ 4.50 each
  • White linen napkins $ .25 each
  • Glass water goblets $ .25 each (breakage fee of $ 2.00)
  • Glass wine goblets $ .25 each (breakage fee of $ 2.00)
